This album, described by Tony Lawless from TradConnect as "a slice of folk heaven", is a collection of some of Teresa and Matt's favourite traditional and folk songs, including "As I Roved Out", Paul Simon's "Kathy's Song" and of course the title track, written by the wonderful Ian Smith and Enda Patrick Cullen; Brightest Sky Blue. Teresa and Matt both come from musically rich backgrounds and have toured extensively as part of different outfits, as a duo and of course they perform regularly in their beloved residence of Dingle town, southwest Ireland. This collection of music is a true representation of their repertoire and songs and tunes they love dearly and hope you do too!

Teresa Horgan & Matt Griffin KY, Ireland

Teresa and Matt have been playing music together for almost 15 years. They first met in the University of Limerick, studying in the BA in Irish Music&Dance. Matt, originally from London, made the move to Dingle around 2009 and Teresa around 2012. They love living in this beautiful area in Southwest Ireland and being immersed in the local music scene, where many of Ireland's finest artists dwell. ... more
